If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
