Belmont Storage Bed
The Belmont is made from Sengon Tiki, a plantation grown wood and it is finished in a Rustic Linen with the tops finished in a rustic espresso to create a two tone effect. The lumber has been left in a rustic state, so when finished, it has the characteristic of century old handmade furniture. It is top coated with lacquer for added protection. All product is sealed and sanded twice with the drawers sealed and sanded 3 times to ensure a smooth and beautiful finish. The finish is a 17 step process, all done by hand.
Belmont is made using time tested quality features such as: Mortise and Tenon Joinery, English dovetailing (front and back), front to back runners on drawer bottoms as well as glue blocks in each corner, solid wood framing in cases, full extension ball bearing side glides.
Other special features include levelers on the feet of all case pieces, solid "Finished" Mahogany slats with a solid Mahogany center rail that is attached to the headboard and footboard with a steel plate and 3 support legs making it one of the strongest beds in the industry.
